Backstory

Once the formidable titan at the helm of HLG Corp’s greatest rival, Otto was a man whose word could move markets. History

Otto went through many development revisions, with multiple different ideas for the visuals for his wall. Originally he was given the "earth" element but this was later changed to energy for his wall.


Early development also references his name as "Sten" and reinforces the earth element.
